Scope: Metalwork package
Capital supplied and installed a complete metalwork package including balustrading to main core staircases, both for back of house as well as in high visual public areas.
All secondary steel items such as riser access platforms, ladders and guardrails were also supplied and fitted.
Anchor installation for the façade support frames and coring to staircase areas were carried out by a continuous 12-man team, 24/7.
This contract was under demanding fast track conditions working 24 hours to maintain a very strict programme with a most demanding client and international design team
