Scope: Balconies & Metalwork package

Capital designed these concept factory finished balconies for the rapid no scaffold erection project. More than 300 balconies were supplied as single piece units and erected at a rapid completion pace after façade works were complete. Capital also supplied and installed a complete metalwork package including balustrading to main core staircases, both for back of house as well as visual public areas. All secondary steel items such as riser access platforms, external bridges,ladders and guardrails were also designed fabricated and erected on the multi product package. This contract was completed under demanding build conditions working with the UK’s leading property developer and world-renowned architects.
