Scope: Staircases and Promenade Balustrading

Capital provided structural steelwork framework to form feature staircases to the  private apartment entrances & plaza levels, architectural items included handrails,  stainless steel balustrades to the perimeter walls and beach facing elevations.

A residential and tourist development with a total built-up area of 240,000 m² on a 40,000 m² area. The project is located along the man-made Palm Jumeirah island and is part of the Anantara Palm Jumeirah and Tiara Residences contract.
